POLLINATE AND CREATE
CREATIVE HEALTH ARTIST ASSOCIATE
SUFFOLK LIBRARIES
I have been selected as a Creative Health Associate Artists for Suffolk Libraries, investigating libraries as spaces where environmental action, creativity and wellbeing intersect.
The programme initiated with a week-long intensive, providing time to understand the public health context specific to Suffolk and hear from practitioners and organisations working in the area, including Natural Habitat and the Green Light Trust. Open, creative time time in nature was offered through a collaborative day at Carlton Marshes, and then independent time spent walking, making recordings and processing clay.
My pilot project will take place in collaboration with Kessingland Library in Autumn 2026, with creative health workshops that respond to the shifting coastline between Pakefield and Covehithe.
Below is a selection of imagery from my project to date. More soon!
